Murri Gear stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us at within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase and subject to the following criteria (plus our return policy) we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. NO FUSS REFUND for defective products is our promise.
We promise to deliver your purchase to you in the time you selected as your Delivery Method on our site. You must allow reasonable handling times which are added to the actual delivery time.
Handling times are mostly 3 Business Days but can be as much as 10 Business Days due factors out of our control.
If at any point we believe that Murri Gear can not fulfill our obligation to supply your purchased item on time - then we will notify you with the email address you provided us in checkout.

Murri Gear takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
  • Garment shrinkage in wash
  • Courier delivery time frames

Please examine your order carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order especially in regard to size options. Please read the size charts placed with the item on our site. These size charts are very accurate so please measure yourself if required.

In regard to purchases of any electronic equipment, computers and mobile phones we have a policy of giving you 12 months warranty so please keep your purchase details. Contact us at with your issue. If required at our discretion you can post the item to us for examination. All postage costs will be your responsibility.

If the electronic item has been deemed faulty we can attempt sending you a new item or a newer model plus upgrade costs that will be mutually agreed.
